Hello! My name is Caity, and I am currently completing my Clinical Internship as I work toward a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University, a CACREP-accredited program. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Deaf Studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz. I have experience working with children and teenagers in supportive environments. Through this work, I have seen that every individual, regardless of age, is capable of learning and growing. My treatment approach takes a holistic view of counseling, emphasizing the unique aspects that make each individual who they are. I believe in fostering clients’ strengths while supporting them in addressing areas for growth, and I am committed to creating a collaborative and empathetic environment where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I support children, teens, and women in addressing relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, OCD, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals work through body image concerns and eating disorders. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time in nature, walking my dog, and listening to podcasts.
