Hey! I’m Anne-Marie (she/her), a clinical social worker in Maryland and DC. I’m a therapist with a dynamic and compassionate approach, combining psychodynamic theory, CBT, mindfulness, and more. My fascination with attachment styles fuels my exploration of the intricacies of human connections to facilitate healing and personal growth.

I specialize in working with young adults, adults, women, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and conversational space where together, we can embark on your journey towards self-discovery and well-being.

I have experience working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, attachment issues, and folks in transitional periods amongst other things.

Outside of work I enjoy hiking with my dogs, rock climbing, or doing anything crafty!
