My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. Healing is a journey, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. If you’re ready to start that journey, I’m here to walk beside you, offering guidance, understanding, and the tools you need to move towards a more fulfilling and connected life.

I specialize in helping individuals who are working through relational trauma, struggling with life transitions, or seeking to break free from patterns of codependency and people-pleasing. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and is always tailored to your unique needs and story. I’m IFS-informed and EMDR-trained, which allows me to integrate these evidence-based modalities to support deep, lasting healing.

With a background in working with survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and those affected by PTSD, I’m deeply committed to helping you reclaim your sense of self. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to create an environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
