Hi! My name is Sarah Epstein and I am a current senior at the University of Maryland. I am majoring in psychology and minoring in business but plan on pursuing the clinical therapist track. I will be attending graduate school next year where I will complete my masters in clinical mental health counseling.
Some interest of mine include yoga, dogs, reading on the beach, listening to music, and spending time with friends. I also am currently becoming a yoga teacher as I am in training this summer.
I am extremely passionate about mental health and wellness as it has directly impacted my life in a significant way. I have struggled with generalized anxiety disorder since a very young age, and want to continue to learn how to help others as well as myself, grow and learn from my fears. I hope to open up my own wellness center one day as a way for people to come back to themselves and learn how to better their mind, body, and spirit. I am super excited to contribute and learn from such an amazing team.
