The idea of therapy seems daunting at first but taking a step back and untying the knots in our thought process leads to a wholesome life path. Every individual goes through trying times but possesses the ability to sail through with equanimity.  My goal is to provide my clients a safe environment where they are encouraged, valued, and understood. This environment will allow you to self-reflect, connect with your inner self again and develop resilience for future.

My approach to treatment is tailored to individuals’ specific needs and strengths. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques to help them explore, understand their core issues, and guide them towards desired change. By facilitating the discovery of inner resources, I endeavor to help them become self-reliant, confident, and content in experiencing all shades of their lives.

I have experience working with younger kids, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral issues, interpersonal conflicts, and unhealthy coping skills.
