Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
I am an advocate for mental wellness and believe in finding resilience and flourishing through finding purpose, setting goals, and focusing on strengths and positivity. Having a mental health dilemma can be arduous, exhausting, and stressful. Reaching out to receive help is a good first step to being able to find balance in your life.
I obtained my Master's degree from John Hopkins School of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with a myriad of diagnoses including schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and Anger Disorders. I have worked with both adults and adolescents. I work with empathy and compassion to create a safe environment to speak openly about issues and collectively find a way to manage symptoms to live a life of fulfillment.
In my spare time I am with my two amazing children, my loving parents, and my supportive husband. I take time to read positive messages and affirmations, listen to music, and enjoy crystals and their healing energies.
